Les employés etaient mal formés, plus de 20 minutes pour me prendre en charge. Une fois le colis enregistré, un autre employé a refusé le colis, le paquet dépassait les 30 livres acceptés, l'employé qui m'a priswn charge, ma fait perdre mon temps et mon énergie, car j'ai dû porter un colis de 70 livres et le retourner à mon auto. Service défaillant.
