Was forced to use FedEx through bell. Delivery driver noted "customer not present" when in actuality I was home all day and no one delivered. What they could have done was say "did not attempt" but instead this driver lied the whole way through. After a 1 day delay they delivered it to the wrong address (no way to verify where they actually went) and only realized once I called FedEx. Amazing bad service , if you use them ask to pick it up at your local FedEx warehouse to avoid anything like this
