Very disappointing experience. The shipping company refused to give me my package even though I had my government-issued ID, proof of address, the tracking number, transaction details, and the payment receipt. Despite providing all the necessary information, they would not release my package or offer a reasonable solution. Because of this, I had no choice but to cancel my order and have it returned.
