FedEx has to be the worst courier for overseas. The workers are absolute con artists, they switched out our boxes. Out of the 5 items, 4 were stolen. Jacket, leggings, and 2 pairs of shoes. Do not use FedEx for overseas shipments as they will be stolen and nothing will be done about it. I have never witnessed a courier completely switching out boxes. Helping staff, easy and convenient
It was mentioned my package will arrived 2 pm today, and I did not go out waiting for my package, so come 3pm no delivery yet and I called and it mentioned the delivery man attempted to deliver which I think he did not because no such doorbell heard and there was no notice in the door that there was attempted delivery at around 1230. No photos to add coz no such delivery notice or whatever was received.
The phone number for this location is garbage. I can't connect to a person and the automated thing can't tell me if they have packing supplies onsite or not. Waste of time even trying to call them.
