I was excitedly waiting by my door this afternoon for my parcel. I had been watching the tracking all morning on the Fed Ex App, and my parcel was expected to arrive today between 10AM - 2PM. At about 1:25PM I am happy to see the Fed Ex delivery van approaching my house. I watch as it pulls over, and stops 2 houses short. Then a few seconds later it pulls up, and then passes my house. Very frustrating experience. My package has been marked “out for delivery” for 5 days, and each time I was told it would arrive by end of day, but it never did. This is misleading and unreliable. Really disappointed.

Paid for priority overnight delivery package is still sitting in Cranbrook 6 days after delivery due date As a follow up FedEx shipped the package back to the vendor despite having the correct address for delivery This business is worse than useless
