Second time in a month they've failed to deliver package and lied in their system claiming that I requested a future delivery date when i did not forcing me to contact customer support every time they ship me a package, complete shock this shipping centre is still in business would never use them again if i had the choice.

I was excitedly waiting by my door this afternoon for my parcel. I had been watching the tracking all morning on the Fed Ex App, and my parcel was expected to arrive today between 10AM - 2PM. At about 1:25PM I am happy to see the Fed Ex delivery van approaching my house. I watch as it pulls over, and stops 2 houses short. Then a few seconds later it pulls up, and then passes my house. Very frustrating experience. My package has been marked “out for delivery” for 5 days, and each time I was told it would arrive by end of day, but it never did. This is misleading and unreliable. Really disappointed.
