Most inconsiderate representative I spoke to over the phone .. My package was returned to the sender without my knowledge. This lack of communication on there end has now prevented me from getting a full return as I owe shipping taxes and fees .
This FedEx counter is located inside the Staples store near the entrance. Unfortunately, they do not offer full FedEx services. For example, they refused to accept an envelope containing a cheque or money order. The staff were also unhelpful and unresponsive, which made the overall experience disappointing.
FedEx Canada is an absolute scam. They delivered my package to the wrong address, forcing me to pick it up myself. Then out of nowhere they sent me an invoice saying they paid $2.78 in customs fees ‘on my behalf’ — nobody asked them to — and are now demanding $14.75 for it. A 6x markup on a fee I never authorized.
