This FedEx counter is located inside the Staples store near the entrance. Unfortunately, they do not offer full FedEx services. For example, they refused to accept an envelope containing a cheque or money order. The staff were also unhelpful and unresponsive, which made the overall experience disappointing.
FedEx Canada is an absolute scam. They delivered my package to the wrong address, forcing me to pick it up myself. Then out of nowhere they sent me an invoice saying they paid $2.78 in customs fees ‘on my behalf’ — nobody asked them to — and are now demanding $14.75 for it. A 6x markup on a fee I never authorized.

I use the same Staples store when shipping via FedEx and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes. Today, I went there shortly before 6:00 pm, there were two people in front of me but I had less than 5 mins to wait before being served. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and quick. The same at checkout. I think a lot depends on how you, the customer, deal with them.
Fedex is the worst ever. They never deliver packages, they just leave notes… regardless of delivery instructions and buzzer code they always leave a note saying undeliverable and I have to wait a day and pick up my package. The most lazy and incompetent delivery drivers of all. It’s a waste of my time and money, why am I paying for a package to be delivered and I still have to go out of my way to pick up my now late package.
