Fedex is the worst ever. They never deliver packages, they just leave notes… regardless of delivery instructions and buzzer code they always leave a note saying undeliverable and I have to wait a day and pick up my package. The most lazy and incompetent delivery drivers of all. It’s a waste of my time and money, why am I paying for a package to be delivered and I still have to go out of my way to pick up my now late package.
If you want to hit fedex even at a "down time" make sure you have an hour to stand in line... After a long day I had to ship the boxes back to finish the process. Walk into Staples at 7:00pm and there were 20 people standing in line at the fedex counter.... two people behind the counter not helping anyone (just kind walking around slowly as if running out the clock). One of them literally says to me "yeah, that's the line" the ultimate embodiment of not caring.
I had a very disappointing experience with FedEx. A package was marked as delivered and signed for by someone who was not me, and I never received the package. I did not authorize anyone else to accept or sign for this delivery. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to get adequate assistance from FedEx customer service to resolve the issue. Worst delivery experience ever. This was an Express shipment. The courier called to confirm my address, I confirmed it clearly, and I was home. Despite this, the package was not delivered and marked as “address correction required”. Complete waste of time, terrible system, and zero accountability. Unacceptable service.
