Super friendly and efficient service
Would give zero starts if there was an option. Im tired of postal services leaving a slip and not bringing the package to the door and knocking. I was home all day sick on the couch which is two feet from my door so I would have heard especially since I have two dogs who bark when someone knocks on the door. Now I am sick and can’t even have the package delivered to my house because they put it at a pickup location and won’t answer their phones. Do better.
I was returning a package today and I was worried about how it was going to go. Yes, it's stressful for me to be honest. I was served by a very nice girl who printed out everything I needed to send the parcel (the website where I sent the parcel said I had to do it myself). But it turned out to be the responsibility of the carrier company (logical of course). All in all everything was calm and quick. Thank you.
