Tried to send a package to Iceland. The guy keep asking me if I knew where Iceland is. I have answered him thrice. He looked at me like I was lying. When he weighed the package he claimed it was 4.25 kg and it cost between 600 to 700. So I went to Canada post the package only weighs 1.23kg and it only cost 110 dollars. Please stay away. Rather ship your package through Canada post. It is way cheaper and staff were very helpful.
Very Useless. Its not really a shipping centre. Its just a drop of place if you already have everything packed, labelled and sorted. They can't add insurance to a package or tell you any break down of cost. The only computer wasnt working when I was there and the guy with the accent and clear frame glasses said there isn't anything he can do about it. only one person helping people, line up out the door, stapler doesn't work. The depot is useless, customer service abysmal and they don’t care about what happens to your package.
Staff was super kind & very helpful
If FedEx is “delivering” your package expect it to NOT be delivered at all. You will most likely have to pick it up yourself, doesn’t matter if you added delivery instructions and buzzer code, they won’t even bother trying to deliver you package. These people get paid to piss you off and drive around leaving notes when your package is literally in the back.
