Fed ex is the worst. They will waste your time and have you go pick up your own package, I’ve seen the driver pull up to my apartment and not even attempt to call the buzzer code provided and then proceed to leave a note. This happens EVERYTIME fed ex is delivering a package without fail. I actually don’t understand how they’re still in business, they have the worst service I’ve ever experienced.
The counter agent was very polite and helpful. Communication was clear and easily understood. I've no hesitation returning to use this FedEx ship-center inside Staples
