Had Terry with Ohm Delivery deliver my new mattress to Texada. Great service to the door
Kept changing the delivery date until it said there was no delivery date available. It appeared that it was sitting in one place for 4 days. I finally got in touch with a person to talk to and they couldn't track it either. It did show up that day but I was not impressed with their tracking system.
If you need anything fast or at all dont bring it here or use fedex ever. They dont even have an idea what 3rd part carrier there deliveries are completed by here. Every delivery is late. If they have scheduled something for a friday, your best chance is getting it next week but really even that would be lucky
FedEx is probably the worst courier I've dealt with. It's unfortunate that they have a global dominance because they clearly cannot support it properly
