After setting up a pick up online (for a package that I needed to have picked up urgently), paying for shipment, confirming a pick up over the phone, plus waiting a whole day (the next day), they never showed up. I called FedEx, the customer service agent called the local office and they simply refused to pick up. No responsibility for refusing to do what was promised, wasting others' time and energy and for making a negative impact on other people's lives. Thanks.
