There was no easy way to select an option for pick up location or drop off without signature. They have had my package for 4 days and keep try in to drop off when clearly I work during business hours and do not want it dropped off so finally downloaded app for “hold at location” tried to pick up and they couldn’t release it. Very frustrating and we do not have an Apple Store local in my Center to select store pick up. FedEx shipping is the only option and a terrible one
I was incredibly impressed and touched that Jennifer and Dawn from FedEx would contact me to give me the heads-up that a delivery was on route, especially when many of mine where appearing while I was not at home. They would keep my parcels safe at the pick-up facility until I could return to get them. I appreciate their consideration and caring so much; it means a lot to me because as any recipient of courier services knows, it is hard waiting on deliveries!
