They use an outdated system that does not work! The system should not crash as much as it does if it were properly maintained.

There was no easy way to select an option for pick up location or drop off without signature. They have had my package for 4 days and keep try in to drop off when clearly I work during business hours and do not want it dropped off so finally downloaded app for “hold at location” tried to pick up and they couldn’t release it. Very frustrating and we do not have an Apple Store local in my Center to select store pick up. FedEx shipping is the only option and a terrible one

I was incredibly impressed and touched that Jennifer and Dawn from FedEx would contact me to give me the heads-up that a delivery was on route, especially when many of mine where appearing while I was not at home. They would keep my parcels safe at the pick-up facility until I could return to get them. I appreciate their consideration and caring so much; it means a lot to me because as any recipient of courier services knows, it is hard waiting on deliveries! Ordered a new phone, guaranteed delivery time of 2:10pm - Was set to that in advance and did not change until delivery time passed. Made appointments for after that time, in order to be able to get my phone, customer service attempted to try and contact the driver to get an ETA because appointments had been made, and more tomorrow, No contact whatsoever until it got rescheduled.
