Awesome and fast transportation. Delivery personnel very courteous ❤️
For a few days they told us what day our package would be arriving but no spastic time, only that our parcel would be arriving by 5pm. At 5:50pm we emailed customer service to see what happened. Apparently they had decided to simply drop the parcel off at a Canada Post location in the next town??? No notice, no apologies, just go over and get your parcel yourself, is what they basically told us.
