I guess I should have read the reviews before bringing a parcel here! I chose the cheapest price to get a small parcel (less than 4 lbs) to Banff within about a week - I think it was $70 or so, might have been less, I didn't document it because I assumed that FedEx would. They had told me I needed to open a FedEx account online to get the best prices - this Whitehorse storefront doesn't handle transactions, that happens through your account. Picked up my envelope today. Everything was smooth and easy! Very nice shop!
We pay a good amount of money for shipping for our item to be delivered because delivery is included when we pay the cost of shipping but this freaking FedEx always and every time you need to pick up your item.don’t they have a delivery driver to do their job?…is delivery no longer part of their job?…they just freaking sitting in the office every time I pick up my item they should just close down and put a lemonade stand if they couldn’t do their job FedUp with their shitty service
