FedEx has repeatedly failed to deliver packages to my apartment despite clear, written delivery instructions and repeated complaints. Packages are routinely marked as “delivered” but left at random locations on the property that are not my building and not accessible to me. I am disabled. Delivery instructions on my FedEx account specify my building and the need for delivery to my door. These instructions are consistently ignored. This Moselle facility is a joke they deliver packages to the wrong address and some packages never even get here. You cant talk to them and they are always lying about why you never received ypur packages...you finally have to contact the seller to get another order for the same items
Absolutely TERRIBLE! I ordered a gift on December 1st from IL, it was supposed to arrive Dec 2nd in MPLS.... Gift was to be given on December 3rd and I didn't have the opportunity to give it due to the driver's LACK OF DELIVERY. Dec 2nd: Package was delayed.... Dec 3rd: 12:39am - at the Rogers facility, on the vehicle to be delivered with a window to arrive on Dec 3 between 12:20 - 2:20p.m. I was able to see the driver, Cortez, on the map. Every package I get that goes through Hunker. Delivery date changes and late. Expect your packages to not be there when they say. Terrible
I have had nothing but the best service from FedEx in Edmonton. The drivers are polite and caring. Tim who often delivers to my house actually took the time to listen to me when deliveries were stolen. He gave a solution which really showed how he was both professional and caring! I am impressed with this company and the hard work their drivers do.
Once again the FedEx driver was to dam lazy to walk another 30 and put the package on my covered front porch! I have asked them numerous times to never leave packages behind my garage doors! If I get in my truck (F-250) from inside the garage, I have no way of knowing a package in the way going to get ran over. Common sense is no where to be found anymore, but lazy ass drivers are plentiful.
The team at this FedEx Authorized Ship Center is absolutely fantastic! I’ve shipped packages here multiple times, and every visit has been quick, easy, and stress-free. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is packed safely and shipped out correctly.
