I ordered a tv and put staples as delivery location so I can pickup from there because they close late, they refused to accept it saying it’s over weight or bulky …. “PUT IT IN INSTRUCTIONS THAT YOU DONT ACCEPT BIG PACKAGES” so it won’t waste people’s time and efforts.
Printing something has never been so complicated and expensive. Staff not too helpful either.
What does it take to get a hold of an actual person from FedEx to talk to you because that Robot thing and their chat thing are poison. I'm expecting an expensive parcel "again" and will not get it if they don't have my correct phone number "again".
