What does it take to get a hold of an actual person from FedEx to talk to you because that Robot thing and their chat thing are poison. I'm expecting an expensive parcel "again" and will not get it if they don't have my correct phone number "again".

This company is really bad. They came to my location without informing me and went back with my package from shein. They are very poor in their delivery. If this continues, i will stop buying from that site.
