My rating is based on Google maps. I asked for directions to nearest fedex location. It gave me directions to 9081 commercial st kentville. However, the direction took us to new Minas. There is no location in kentville. I don't know who should correct this this.
I had 2 parcels returned to the shipper because the driver claimed that my simple address in Wolfville (single family home) doesn’t exist and the unit number is missing. I’m sure he/she went to a street with the same name as mine in Kentville. Very, very sad.
Worst parcel delivery service in the area. One driver will say that my house does not exist, the next will leave an “undeliverable” sign at my door. 0 consistency, and 0 accountability.
No for FEDEX anymore… FedEx is good company but all employees are horrible…. Bad experience no one will help even their mistake… keep waiting for my package…
