Wish I can contact a person instead of an answering machine all the time
Driver's will leave negative reviews of your business if you complain about their services. FedEx will do nothing to fix their employees behaviour. Avoid this company
They constantly leave parcels outside apartment doors unattended and unrecieved. Many things have been stolen because of them and there is no way to contact them.
This location will not print labels for you. Even if the company you're returning an item to says there is no need to print labels (usually the email provides a QR code), this location will not accept the package because they will not print the label. I wish this was more clear before going here. Only the Staples location will take these packages, unless you print it yourself.
