Literally the worst shipping service I’ve ever used in my life. The package was returned once stating I didn’t have the correct forms which I did. Everything was provided from the company I ordered from. I attempted to resend after checking all the forms and labels provided which included all the information they required. Please accept this 5 Star rating for FedEx Ship Centre Employee # 3819095 Joel Gagnon who helped me a great deal today Feb. 19th, 2025 in Sudbury. I was leaving Staples on Marcus Dr. who failed to provide a box for a prepaid laptop return to Dominion Voting in Toronto. I noticed a FedEx van outside. I made contact with the driver, Mr. Gagnon who responded in a very positive manner. He quickly found a perfect box to fit my laptop and affixed the return label. Their drivers make you wait all day, and then don't even deliver the package. I wasted my entire friday waiting for them and with the amount paid to them you'd think they'd at least deliver the time they say they will. I'm not sure why their drivers are like this, but they gotta stop taking naps in the middle of their routes.
