It’s conveniently located from where I live and it was fast service. I just needed to return something and the young lady at the counter was very friendly. They also sell other things in there like souvenirs, but I didn’t have time to really browse.

Sucked. Automated responses. If they have recorded your package was delivered, the fact it wasn't delivered TO YOU is completely ignored and yes, the automated line WILL hang up on you!
