FedEx sucks especially for rural areas. Weather delay used inappropriately by the driver and delivery windows are not even close. If it's not in the window then the driver need manage their time or the windows need changed from higher management. It's ridiculous. I don't care if it takes 10 days but quit saying it will be here every day. Get your driver's on track!!! Call center sucks too. Only 1 out of 5 people were able to help. They couldn't tell me anything I couldn't see off of my tracking link. I have so many words for... read more
I chose fed ex and the internet kept redirecting me to UPS
Rude and dismissive employee. I was directed to this specific location by the DirectTV website, only to be told they don't honor the contract. I'm more upset with directtv. This location is out of city limits and difficult to get to, when traveling here is already an hour away... Only to find you get redirected to 29th st UPS. Which of course, DTV never mentioned as a closer option.
