This is NOT a fully authorized FedEx ship center. They can't process company accounts. So if your company gives you an account number and says 'use this to ship', this location can not help you. According to the desk person "They don't have the forms". Whatever that means.
Fed Ex just lost my business which was thousands of dollars a year over a $90.00 mistake by their people. Crazy? I agree, who would’ve thought a BILLION dollar company just throws money AWAY.

The staff here is wonderful. They're extremely friendly and ready to help. They can help with all the majors, FedEx, UPS, USPS and even some DHL. The silly complaint that they didn't act like other FedEx locations is obvious -- this isn't FedEx. It's like complaining FedEx won't ship your UPS package. Anyway, if you want genuine help and lots of flexibility, this is the place.
