Poor experience. Employee was clueless about operating the weight scale. 3 lb box but their scale continued to show 12 lbs and he had no answers. Told him I'd return when the scale worked, but of course I will not.

Don’t trust this place with your documents. The clerk was not helpful and was difficult to understand. The person in front of me also walked out.

This place is awful. After waiting forever and no one behind the counter but three other people just hanging out, I asked one of the three if anyone works here. After she rolled her eyes, she called for someone and a guy came out from the office. Absolutely no customer service, it was hard to understand him, and I believe I was told they couldn’t ship FedEx even though they are listed as an authorized shipper. I would not recommend this place at all.

Entered this establishment on 10/21/24 to FEDEX OVERNIGHT extremely important papers. The man behind the counter was impressed by his phone more than to greet me. Upon NOT seeing any FedEx OVERNIGHT Envelopes I asked. He DID NOT KNOW WHERE THEY WERE AT. After rummaging thru drawers, he found one. Asked for paperwork to fill out, he DID NOT KNOW WHERE THEY WERE AT. Absolutely amazing.
