Well, most recent package = tracking notify via text, tried to deliver to a business Saturday morning @ 6:58 AM (still closed). List follow-up effort as coming Monday (closed Sunday & Monday because we're open Saturday). Automated system won't let us schedule the day or time to deliver. Customer Service tells us they don't deliver to businesses Sat morning - we share their system told us twice yes they do (!?!?) I ask how come I cannot use automated system to change delivery date & time? I'm told drivers have far too many it... read more
