The store owner is very warm and patient. When I came in to return a package, she took the time to clearly explain the differences between FedEx and UPS policies. She also helped me print the shipping label and carefully taped and reinforced the package for me. I’m really grateful for her helpful and thoughtful service — it gave me great peace of mind. Highly recommend!
