Do not waste your time to try to post packages here. This shop does for example not accept packages with bar codes or QR codes (that need to be printed). Absolutely rude person behind the counter (elder Asian guy) who did not even say „I am sorry“, just „we don’t do these“. When we asked him where we could go instead to post the packages, he just said he couldn’t and that he is the only FedEx shop in this neighborhood. Who cares? There’s a reason this place has a 1 star average!!! Would have given 0 stars if I could. This center is called Postal Annex. I called in before dropping off a return because I couldn’t find the place. The person at the front desk told me they’re open and right next to the Starbucks. I found the place, went in to confirm if I can make my FedEx return here, he said “yes”.
