SO NOT HAPPY WITH THIS Neighborhood FEDEX. If the door and the website say you close at 5:30pm- closing at 5:10pm should not an option! If you CHOOSE to have this business then you should CHOOSE to serve your customers until 5:30pm like you advertise. Consistency creates retention and an expectation. Consistently inconsistent creates nothing. Short thinking staff, just awful.
