horrible! tracking is a joke as well as delivery options. if you have something coming just take the week off work and don't leave the house. it will show up while you are in the shower and still miss the driver.
FedEx sent me update for delivery time of 10:10am-2:10pm today. The package was tried to be delivered after 3pm which no one was home because I took off of work and waited around all day for them to not deliver my package on a timely schedule and the schedule they gave me. Tell me why they give that big of a time gap for delivery and then they don’t even come on the time they say. It left from Lake Orion facility and I live in Clarkston.
