Couldn't understand employees, had to get a translator , then they told me they couldn't print out labels, had to do alot of running around

Fedex truck drivers in chimayo are obviously high and can't read right.They keep losing my packages dropping them off at strangers houses.
Very poor customer service no smiles no friendly attitude the look at you like what are you doing in here like you a foreign. You fill unwelcomed, They don't want business I won't give them any
