Very disappointing experience. I had already prepaid for the shipment and box, yet I was still being asked to pay additional charges. They also wanted to charge $3 just to print a shipping label. The whole experience felt more focused on collecting extra fees than helping customers. Unfortunately, other members of my family have had similar experiences at this location. You need to bring your own label, they not printing it
Overpriced, charges labor to put a package in a box. Ridiculous. I'll never return.
Fed ex, if you authorize a ship center, do so at a place that is customer friendly.
