I had a really good experience here. I came in to ship a package and honestly didn’t know how the whole process worked. The staff was super helpful, they walked me through everything, created the label for me, explained the options, and made sure the package was packed and taped the right way. The fact that the hours posted are completely wrong is just the tip of the iceberg with this horrible little office. The workers are lazy for the most part, unbelievably entitled, and with the exception of one petite girl with long hair, who always goes out of her way, the predominance of the staff are all male, and they are rude and seriously uneducated. Hours listed r wrong just hauled a rug two blocks for nothing.
Horrible customer service - liars - never updating or following their google listing. Says closes at 7pm - they close at 5:30pm. I came here for nothing. DO NOT Ever use this place. And believe me I specialize in post offices and have worked officially for a couple. Leave this place 1 star review as much as you can! They need to shut down. They’re not worthy of serving Sherman Oaks and its wonderful people.
