I’ve used this place several times and have consistently had a smooth and reliable experience. The staff is friendly, professional, and quick to help, even when the store is busy. They take the time to make sure packages are properly labeled and give clear options for shipping speeds and pricing, which makes the whole process easy and stress-free. I strongly recommend them to anyone that wants to ship via fedex, they also ship ups,usps, dhl which makes it even more convenient.

I had a really good experience here. I came in to ship a package and honestly didn’t know how the whole process worked. The staff was super helpful, they walked me through everything, created the label for me, explained the options, and made sure the package was packed and taped the right way. They really took the time to break things down so I understood what was going on. They were patient the entire time, even with other customers in the store, and I never felt rushed. The fact that the hours posted are completely wrong is just the tip of the iceberg with this horrible little office. The workers are lazy for the most part, unbelievably entitled, and with the exception of one petite girl with long hair, who always goes out of her way, the predominance of the staff are all male, and they are rude and seriously uneducated.
