Sign on door says open at 9; phone message says 10; online it says 10; I came at 10:20- still not open. This is second time. Bad look. Won't be back
My mother went to this facility and she was not offered any help she had to find someone to help her because she does not know how to scan a paper and fax so she needed help. When she finally got someone very rude told to get scanning and faxing paper she had to pay. I have personally gone to many different FedEx facilities and there is always someone more than happy to assist and when I needed help no one asked me to pay! My mother is in her seventies and needed help!!!! Don't go to this place yall!!![
