I don't know who the driver is but he needs the one who can train brown and usps on delivery. Both times including today Feb 11, 2025 I received a package from FEDEX and both times the driver had no problem opening my screen in porch door and putting it on the porch. Such a huge difference from especially USPS who don't even try but let it drop wherever they put it. Thank you again to the driver or drivers for the way the past two deliveries went
Had a small hiccup. Couldn't find the package that I sent out and they helped me figure it out!! Corrine was awsome!
Manager confirmed Specific delivery. ** I explained that there was no knock on the door performed in front of neighbors. I further explained I had recently found it necessary to sign up for delivery management Due to packages never delivered or Recovered, I recognized There was a need for further detailed Oversight where my Customer satisfaction was concerned.
RECEIVED A DELIVERY TODAY FROM FEDEX. THE DRIVER WAS TOO LAZY TO OPEN UP MY SCREEN DOOR PORCH WHICH ISNT HARD AND PUT THE PACKAGE INSIDE THE PORCH. LUCKILY IT WASN'T RAINING OR EVERYTHING WOULD HAVE BEEN RUINED. THIS IS GETTING RIDICULOUS.
