They want to charge me a dollar to get a receipt. Unbelievable. I’ll never stop by there again. Rude people.
I went in to their office first thing this morning. Clarified that FedEx would be picking up my documents same day. She stated yes. I asked for a receipt they don’t give receipts unless we pay for them to print and I could pay for a receipt but also I could track it. I tracked it and It doesn’t show that there is any package that was picked up using the tracking number. They are now closed so I don’t have access to pick the package back up.
