The person said she was manager. Very poor customer service. I showed paperwork for FEDEX ground return and picture of the boxes and sizes. She said to just bring them to her. I loaded them up...heavy. I asked where she wanted them put and she pointed to an area that would not hold them. She was busy on the phone. I asked if she wanted to look at the physical boxes before I unloaded it all. She said no...just bring them in. After I brought them all in myself, she that she could not have them there and I had to pack them back... read more
