I read the reviews before I decided to stop by and ship via FedEx. All I have to say is this place is much better than what the reviews lead you to believe. My experience here was beyond exceptional. The service was better than expected. I was served by a young lady by the name of Alison and she was more than helpful. I brought in a box that was poorly wrapped and she advised I change the packaging to insure it would not be damaged during delivery. There was an additional charge but it was worth it. This store offers a QR code drop-off service, but they charge $3 to print a shipping label. Additionally, they require a minimum payment of $5, so you cannot use a card for transactions below that amount. Please avoid this location if you're planning to do a barcode scan drop-off.
Never again am I coming to this place. The lady was so rude. Bad customer service.
Had to return a package with qr code to scan. Was told I needed a label but that's what the qr code is for. They couldn't help me.. Went to Walgreens and they scanned my qr code and slapped the label on the box. Hmmmm
