It's the same experience. This FedEx staff didn't work well and failed to deliver twice. He said that my address was wrong. It was a terrible experience!
Don’t come to this place if you are doing an online label free return with a QR code. They don’t have machine for scanning the code. If you want to instead print a label they will charge you $2. There’s a reason for having an average one star rating. If I can do 0 star I would do it for sure
I wasted my time coming here today. I should have check the review/s. The customer support refused to receive my package with labels claiming the owner is not there. So ridiculous weird, and if they cannot handle shipping and handling packages they should hire more workers. I will file a complaint to the FedEx headquarters and better business bureau
Worst FedEx experience ever. The drivers simply don’t want to do their jobs. My delivery has already failed twice with the resolution ‘The apt/suite number on the package is incorrect.’ I called FedEx customer support three times — which is a pain on its own, since their ‘smart’ system makes it extremely difficult to reach a live agent.
