Every time I have a package come through your hub in salt lake City. It always comes late and I always have a problem. You are god-awful at what you do and should be ashamed of yourselves. I hate FedEx. I hate having to deal with FedEx. You can never deliver a package on time. You never update your tracking and you lie straight through your teeth about when you're going to have a package delivered. I live 4 and 1/2 hours away from salt lake City so why it takes you several days to get a package delivered is beyond me
Your automated phone service is rubbish and so is your delivery! You lied about my delivery 4 times already in 2 days and still no package!
Did not deliver to a UPS shop. Said: "4:13 PM Delivery exception Customer not available or business closed" The business was open.
What an absolute joke of a shipping organization, especially this Hub. My package has been stuck in the hole that is the North Salt Lake Shipping Hub for 7 days with zero update from the team here and they never answer their phone. Read the horror stories about Fedex and about this location in particular before you decide to order from a place that uses them. Absolutely embarrassing how little they care about customer satisfaction.
Drivers block cars in and are rude when you ask them to not do that.
