Courriers lie that "the recipient was not at home" I was waiting the package the whole day!
Instead of delivering the order home and after waiting for 3 days, they tell me now that I have to go to the centre to receive it. Your job is delivery.. Not my job
I sent the letter and left. They called me and said I needed to come back and make another shipment. I had to come back and do it. I wasted my time.
Do not do any drop off here! DHL drop off used to be free now need $1. Tape usage costs money while none in normal store. They try to earn something from you all the time! And the store doesn’t open on time. You may need to wait for 20 min while need to go to office ASAP. Please never go here unless you are in emergency!!!
