I went into the fed ex store today for my first time and was treated terribly. I came in with 9 boxes to send back and was told they would not help me and was told to move away when nobody was in the store. When i asked for help as to set up the plastic label i was pushed aside. After being given a demo the customer service associate took my box of glass lights and aggressively threw it on the ground.
