They are not really an authorized dealer. They cannot perform the services of a traditional FedEx store.
Horrible experience. Started with the door handles all taped up, the store is dark and I was unsure if they were even still in business. The attendant barely got off his phone long enough to have a conversation. The counter is cluttered with items. Then they refuse to scan the FedEx QR code because they would have to print out the label even though the that is the service they are supposed to provide as a vendor for FedEx. The delivery guys don't even try to open the gates, they just leave and that's three times, even though I was waiting for them. The delivery guys could just call me if they don't know the gate code. Also, there's no way to make instructions for the delivery guy on their website.
