There Seems to be an issue with this particular Fed ex, 3 times this has happened something leaves this place it's late or they deliver to someone else's house. The map conveniently is disabled where you can't see exactly where they're at. Long wait times on phone and when using the automated help bubble on the tracking page I say "map not working" "can't see map" it can't answer or solve the issue just wants me to go to the homepage which is equally defective.
Not helpful and showing attitude. And the men screamed on my kids . Not a good behavior with customers and kids as well. If they don’t want to do work then put a board so customers will aware that they’re not working today.
The people were so nice and helpful. However, you cannot ship FedEx from there.🤨
Nothing but issues with FedEx and twice from this location. The first time they said a package was delivered yet provided no photo or proof, I ended up having to contact the seller and request a refund/replacement then FedEx ACTUALLY delivered my package the next day. The second time I waited all day/late into the night for a very fragile item to be delivered only to see a delay/false tracking once again. I refuse to use FedEx anymore and will most likely stop buying from sellers that do. Would give 0 stars if I could
