To everyone upset about this business charging for receipts: C’mon! This business is ran by one man and his wife, they make only a couple dollars on most transactions like selling a post card or a few boxes. You have to understand this isn’t a corporate store, so they don’t get any funding from those big companies. When you ask them to take your shipment do you think they make any money? The whole place had a stale and unpleasant smell. Very disorganized. All over there were signs indicating the price of the most basic services. I don't think I've ever seen this sort of business charge $1.00 to use their tape.
Really bad customer service. Rude older gentleman that was unhelpful, sarcastic and condescending when I asked him simple questions. Also, he made fun of the box I brought in to ship my item. Will not be returning.

The older gentlemen running the store is extremely slow. Also this shop is not set up with the newest form of label printing via QR code given by FedEx. If you do not pre-print the label they will not help you. Instead of saying they do not have up to date equipment the older man said "FedEx does not do this". The shop is messy, unorganized and only good for drop off. He did not even offer a drop-off confirmation. Very dissatisfied
