Really disappointed in how I was treated while asking questions about a missing package today. Dan at the counter repeatedly interrupted me mid-sentence to say “no you’re wrong”. There was no line, and I was not in a hurry but he clearly wanted to get me out of the store as quickly as possible. “Call customer service” is all he kept saying. Sheesh. Just unnecessary rudeness.
Quick and efficient
I really appreciate all the help I get. When I go to ship my items I make it a point to go to the same FedEx out station and I receive extraordinarily great service and kindness to boot
