No hello, no good morning, a very grumpy man who hardly made eye contact with me instructed me to put my FedEx package in a plastic bucket by the front door where anyone could grab it. "We don't give receipts... use the tracking..." OK dude your security is lacking - so is your customer service!! Horrible attitude!!
Incorrect information concerning Saturday closing time. They close at 4PM
They do not provide receipts of pre-paid packages dropped off
