AGAIN, FedEx is one of the sorriest shipper around. The driver was to deliver two packages today, but did NOT do so. I have had to go out and FLAG DOWN the truck because the driver would just drive off if he thought no one was around. He would not even get out of the truck! Today, (8/12/2025) I was NOT around so I guess he just left again. I wouldn't ship with FEDEX if they were the last shipping company. They do this every time. Called them to ensure they could help me with a FedEx return, mitch was awesome and printed the label out before I got to the store. Excellent customer service.
I am so tired of paying for shipping services to be completed, and FedEx NOT keeping its word. My package was to be delivered today, and FedEx Customer Service tells me they cannot meet the warehouse demands, so my package doesn't get on the truck or other means of transportation. So I have to wait until it is convenient for them. I'd give FedEx about a negative 100 on scale of 1-5.
