Called them to ensure they could help me with a FedEx return, mitch was awesome and printed the label out before I got to the store. Excellent customer service.
I am so tired of paying for shipping services to be completed, and FedEx NOT keeping its word. My package was to be delivered today, and FedEx Customer Service tells me they cannot meet the warehouse demands, so my package doesn't get on the truck or other means of transportation. So I have to wait until it is convenient for them. I'd give FedEx about a negative 100 on scale of 1-5.
