Rude customer service
People are friendly and all but I just had to ship a package. I’m pretty sure they miss typed the address and then there is no confirmation or check before you pay like other places. I read the address directly off a label and it was a number right next to it. Package was sent back. I legit didn’t fight bc it wasn’t worth it and paid to reship but won’t ever be back.
