Very helpful, super nice people
FedEx requires signatures for packages, yet also allows customers to update their delivery preferences online. I have explicitly updated my profile to allow packages to be left at my door because I am not home much due to a very busy work and personal schedule. Despite this, FedEx repeatedly ignores that setting and continues leaving “attempted delivery” notes instead. This has happened multiple times.
