1. Does not have a scanner to read shipping labels. Ended up finding a real FedEX office nearby. 2. Not a friendly desk attendant. 3. Almost no parking spaces. 3. A cute but vicious dog barks at everyone. 4. No customers, looks more like a money laundry front :-)
