Printer does not work. You have to register with them and give them your personal information to create an account with this 3rd party shipper. At a normal FedEx location you just show your id and drop your package. They need to do better. Otherwise it's a nice place.

I visited the UPS store to drop off a package, but unfortunately, the printing machine was malfunctioning, preventing me from printing labels. When I returned with the labels, I was informed that they were unable to accept any more packages for the day. This unfortunate experience underscores the reasons why UPS is currently considered the more reliable and efficient delivery service.

I almost didn't come here based on the reviews I've read but thank God for discernment. I went to check out the store to see if they would help me ship my international package (I didn't take the package inside with me until I can confirm they can assist) I went inside, ask the young lady, Dani, and she told me yes. I went back to my car to get my package. Dani ask for my ID so she can start entering my info while I go to my car to get the package.
