I had 6 individual packages that were to be delivered to my house. None of them made it to my house. That is extremely sloppy delivery service. We had to search to find all the packages. We shouldn't have to do that. Their drivers used to find us, not any more. Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy!!!!
Signature Required is for specific packages of importance, is a service we depend on. When ignored, it's disappointing!! Received texts re non delivery....11 days delayed! Our package was left at a neighboring gate, and no signatute was pursued. Not our best FedX experience.
