FedEx is the worst... absolutely the bottom of the barrel in the industry. Try getting ANY info about a location on the phone and you mostly get referred to one main number for an area and the WORST, most frustrating, waste-of-time experience of your life. You need to know there are FedEx locations in every pharmacy chain but they are nothing more than a big bucket to throw your perfectly packaged, ready-to-go packages into and if you need help before you are standing there... good frigging luck.
